After a busy month we decided to just chill, play games and simply enjoy each others company while talking about what we'd all be doing for conference. Fun night!

Baptisms for the Dead
Today we had the pleasure of joining together with the Young Men and their leaders to go to the St George Temple to do baptisms for the dead. What a wonderful experience we all had. It was extra special to watch as Ryan and Marlan performed their first baptisms for the dead. What an awesome experience. Afterwards we had an AWESOME lunch at the Brick Oven. Hopefully next time we can get the rest of our girls to come.

Surprise!!
I think we actually pulled one over on Sister Harris! For weeks we had planned on switching one of our activities out and doing a surprise 'mock' baby shower for her. We secretly got the word around to the girls....and it worked! I think she was surprised. We played some fun games, first we played the standard 'how big is Sister Harris' belly' game using yarn. We had some pretty interesting guesses....

Forgotten Carols
Last week we got to attend the Forgotten Carols in St George. All I can say is AMAZING!! Everyone should see this at least once. It was a fun and crazy trip. We were extremely happy that Britney and Brooke got to meet us there but were sad for those that couldn't make it. Who knows..maybe next year?!

A few more special moments from Secret Santa Night
I finally got one of the videos to upload. It appears to be a strange group of kids singing "Jingle Bells"
Combined Activity...Secret Santa
Sister Ence put together a fabulous activity for the young men and women. We started the evening by dividing into 4 groups and being secret santas to those young men and women we don't get to see very often. We just wanted them to know that even though we don't see them very often that they're still in our thoughts and miss them when they're not there. There were so many great pictures that I decided to post them all into one slide show. We ended the night with a beautiful rendition of "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" by Jessica Baeza, unfortunately I couldn't get the video to upload, but as soon as I do I'll get it up for the whole ward to see.
